Information - Delivery
Made to Measure Delivery

  • It is your responsibility to provide a secure, attended delivery address.
  • Deliveries are made by UK Couriers within 2 weeks for our Express Made to Measure service or 4-6 weeks for our regular Made to Measure service, unless otherwise stated.
  • We only deliver Made-to-Measure Products to the following UK territories: Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, offshore UK Islands and Channel Islands.
  • Made to Measure orders are subject to a £4.50 delivery charge as standard.
  • Depending on the products ordered, the product with the longest time to completion may determine your estimated delivery week.
  • Multiple types of products may be delivered separately.
  • Delivery dates and weeks are not guaranteed and specific times and days cannot be agreed at any time during the order process. Any dates specified by us for delivery of the Product(s) are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.
  • If at any time you need to change your delivery address, please contact our Customer Services*
  • It may occur that events outside our reasonable control may delay or prevent us from processing your order, manufacturing the products or delivering the products within the stated time. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to advise you of any such occurrence.


MADE TO ORDER DELIVERY

  • We only deliver: Furniture, Upholstery, beds and mattresses to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight.
  • Selected mirrors (as stated), Furniture and Upholstery orders of £1000 and over after discount are entitled to free delivery; orders under £1000 after discount, the delivery charge is £25. Additional charges may apply in certain circumstances.
  • Furniture marked   is delivered by Standard Parcel Delivery at a minimum charge of £4.50. Where applicable this is indicated in all Laura Ashley promotional mailers and/or publications.
  • It is your responsibility to advise us at the time of order of any non-standard delivery circumstances that may apply when ordering, as an additional delivery charge from £60 will apply to i) deliveries above the first floor, ii) deliveries requiring more than two delivery crew, iii) deliveries requiring a small van for access and iv) deliveries in any other exceptional circumstances.   • We will advise you of any applicable additional delivery charges when you place your order, or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter. For prices and availability, please contact Customer Services*.
  • When you order, we will provide you with an estimated week that our carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. The Product with the longest time to completion may determine your estimated delivery week.
  • Any date specified by us for delivery of the Product(s) is intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence. Specific delivery dates and times cannot be agreed when placing your order.
  • Express lead times are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for any delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date or under any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • If you cannot accept the delivery date this may delay your delivery, and storage charges will apply.


Delivery & Storage Information
A non-refundable storage fee of £100 per full week will be charged when i) we have been unable to make a delivery booking with you within three weeks after the original delivery date of the Products or first booking attempt by Customer Services* (whichever is the later) or ii) delivery bookings have been made and you are unavailable to take delivery of your order after agreeing delivery dates with Customer Services*.

A minimum £60 re-delivery charge will apply in both i) and ii).

Standard Parcel Delivery

  • It is your responsibility to provide a secure, attended, delivery address.
  • A £4.50 minimum charge applies to deliveries of Standard Home Furnishings, MTM Products and Furniture marked .
  • We endeavour to deliver in stock Standard Home Furnishings within 5-7 working days of accepting your order, however delivery times are not guaranteed.
  • Any delivery dates specified are estimates and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence.
  • Multiple types of Products may be delivered separately.


    Risk of Damage and Title in Property
    We bear the risk of loss or damage to the Products until they are delivered. The Products will only belong to you once payment has been made in full. Until full payment is received, we may ask you to return the Products to us for any reason, they will become our property and our risk when we receive them.
