Curtains - eyelet

A contemporary style suitable for use with a curtain pole.

Max. pole width to order = 515cms per pair, max length = 366cms.

  • HEADING – Eyelet headed curtains have a strip of lightweight stiffener sewn into the heading to provide support for the eyelets and to give the top edge a clean line.
  • EYELETS – Each curtain has an even number of eyelets regularly spaced across the width.  The spaces between the edges of the first/last eyelet and the edge of the curtain are half of that of subsequent eyelets. The distance between the inner edge at the top of the eyelet and the top edge of the curtain is 4cms. Eyelets are available in a choice of colours and sizes. Internal diameter of eyelets, small 25mm and large 40mm.
  • HANGING – The curtain is threaded onto a suitable pole, concertina fashion, with the edges of the curtain facing the wall.  This ensures lining is not visible when curtains are hanging.  The even eyelet spacing gives equal folds of fabric in front and behind the pole, which means this style does not take up much space on the pole.
  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION - A 4cm clearance is required above the pole for the curtain to move freely.  Small eyelets are suitable for poles up to 19mm diameter.  Large eyelets are suitable for poles up to 28mm diameter.

Full instruction leaflets are enclosed with all curtains.
